Pricing

There are multiple variables that go into pricing such as state regulations, platform fees and the document type.  Here are some of the most popular documents and prices.  Keep in mind that these prices can vary with changes in the market.  If you have a document that isn't listed give us a call and we'll get you the pricing.

In general notary work as a rule of thumb it is $25 per seal for one signer and $5 for each additional signer.  A seal is the digital online version of what a stamp would be on a paper notarization.

​

Here is a list of common general notary work documents that start at $25:

  • Affidavit

  • Power of Attorney

  • Purchase Agreement

  • Deed

  • Title

  • Lease Agreement

  • Contract

Real estate closings are more involved and require notaries with specialized training and certifications know as Notary Signing Agents, Loan Signing Agents or simply Signing Agents.  All US Notary Service notaries are trained and certified Signing Agents.

Less complex transactions such as are $125

  • Seller Packets

  • Loan Modifications

  • Cash Deals

​

The more complex transactions are $225

  • Buyer Packets

  • Refinances

  • HELOC's

  • Reverse Mortgage
