Cancellation Policy

At US Notary Service, we understand that things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please review the following cancelation policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

  1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

  2. If you do not provide at least 3 hours notice of cancelation, you may be charged a cancelation fee of $75.

  3. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss availability.

  4. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice of cancelation, you may be charged a no-show fee of $75.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to any individual who repeatedly cancels or reschedules their appointments without providing adequate notice.

  6. If a closing doesn't go according to plan, where one party cancels their closing after documents have been notarized, the full price of the agreed closing cost stands and shall be paid for by party.

A cancellation fee of $75 will be issued to any client (signer or company) that cancels or reschedules within three hours of the confirmed appointment time. A cancellation may also occur if the client is unable to verify the required ID, documents are not sent in a timely manner, signer is a no-show to the appointment, etc. The fee ensures that the Notary will be paid for the reserved time.
