Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposit: When scheduling your notary appointment, a deposit of $25 is required to secure your desired time slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service upon completion. The deposit is paid when booking your service, and the appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Notification of Cancellation: If something comes up and you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to make the time slot available to another client. You can contact us via phone at 513-449-1878 or email at No-Shows: A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 12 hours notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or less than 12 hour cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.
